Global communications company Havas, is set to open a ‘Manchester Village’, as it secures a 31,500 sq ft of specialist hybrid workspace at No.3 Circle Square.
The long-term lease will see Havas’ six Manchester-based agencies – Havas Lynx, Havas Media Network, Havas Red, Prose on Pixels, Conran Design Group, and Havas People, come together under one roof in the heart of Manchester’s knowledge quarter, the Oxford Road Corridor.
Almost 500 employees will be relocating to the new site at Circle Square later this year in November, joining major occupiers including Puma, Auto Trader and the ICO.
No.3 Circle Square is the latest phase of the £750 million Circle Square masterplan following the success of the fully let No.1 and No.2 Circle Square buildings.
