Leading Vet pharmaceutical company Dechra has announced their upcoming move to Manchester, as they combine their two UK offices. 

Founded in 1989, the firm currently manages its UK operations from two sites, one in Northwich and one in Shrewsbury. Now, the firm is heading to the capital of the North to consolidate their offices, and has chosen Circle Square, Manchester. 

The new office is set to be 15,000 sq ft, with the rental  agreement also marking a record breaking rent for the city, with Dechra agreeing £48 per sq ft. 

Dechra will join the likes of Puma, Autotrader and Havas Lynx, who are all based at Circle Square, Manchester.
