1.1. The Select Property Refer & Earn Programme is designed to reward individuals who refer prospective buyers to purchase a residential property off-plan [GB1] from Select Property.
\n1.2. By participating in the Programme, Referrers agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n
2.1. The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 years or above, except employees, agents, and representatives of Select Property, the respective Developer, or their immediate family members.
\n2.2. The Referrer must be legally capable of participating and not restricted by any laws or regulations.
\n2.3 The Refer & Earn programme is only applicable to Select Property\u2019s off plan schemes. k[GB2],<\/p>\n
3.1. To participate, the Referrer must submit the Referee\u2019s details via the official registration form or designated channel we describe.
\n3.2. A referral is only valid if the Referee is a new customer who has not previously engaged with Select Property or the Developer.
\n3.3. The Referee must complete the purchase and meet all contractual obligations for the Referrer to be eligible for the reward.<\/p>\n
4.1 The reward will be specified by the Developer and may vary based on the property type and purchase value.
\n4.2. Rewards will be processed after the successful exchange of the Referee\u2019s property transaction, subject to clearance of all dues[GB3] .
\n4.3. Payments will be made in a timely manner from the date of property exchange or as determined by the Developer.<\/p>\n
6.1. Any disputes or fraudulent activities will result in immediate disqualification from the Refer & Earn Programme.
\n6.2. The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Programme at any time without prior notice.
\n6.3 All referral incentive payments are made at Select Property\u2019s discretion and our decision regarding eligibility for Refer & Earn rewards will be final.
\n6.4 The reward is non-transferable and subject to applicable taxes.<\/p>\n
7.1. By participating, the Referrer consents to the collection and use of personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.<\/p>\n
