Global communications company <\/span>Havas<\/span><\/a>, is set to open a \u2018Manchester Village\u2019, as it secures a 31,500 sq ft of specialist hybrid workspace at No.3 Circle Square.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The long-term lease will see Havas\u2019 six Manchester-based agencies \u2013 Havas Lynx, Havas Media Network, Havas Red, Prose on Pixels, Conran Design Group, and Havas People, come together under one roof in the heart of Manchester\u2019s knowledge quarter, the <\/span>Oxford Road Corridor.\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Almost 500 employees will be relocating to the new site at Circle Square later this year in November, joining major occupiers including <\/span>Puma,<\/span><\/a> Auto Trader<\/span><\/a> and the <\/span>ICO<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

No.3 Circle Square is the latest phase of the \u00a3750 million Circle Square masterplan following the success of the fully let No.1 and No.2 Circle Square buildings.
