International law firm Lewis Silkin expanded its Manchester workforce, moving to a new office close to Circle Square – at Trinity Manchester.

The firm is quadrupling the size of the space it currently occupies in the city, moving to the Central Business District to be closer to its clients. The new office space boasts 8,000 sq ft, allowing for future expansion over the coming years.

First opened in Manchester in 2022, the firm initially started out with a four-strong team, which has now grown to 46 colleagues including seven partners.

Lewis Silkin boasts large clients including Moneysupermarket, Simplyhealth, West Midland Trains and Whitbread, advising on deals worth over £180m.

Sally Hulston, partner at the firm said: “It’s just over three years since Lewis Silkin opened in Manchester, and I’m proud to say that we’ve outgrown our office space for the third time. We’ve taken a ten-year lease on our new premises, demonstrating our long-term commitment to the city.”

Located just round the corner of Vita Living Circle Square, this is another addition to Manchester’s tech and business district, with many employers including Puma, AutoTrader, Roku and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
