The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University have announced their new partnership – offering a one-of-a-kind joint alumni loyalty discount on eligible courses for graduates from both universities.
Students can now graduate from one institution, and continue their post-graduate studies at another, whilst benefitting from a reduction in their tuition fees.
With over 120,000 students moving to the city each year to study, Manchester boasts one of the largest and most diverse student populations in the UK. Over 51% of these students then choose to remain in the city post-graduation, making this the second highest-graduate retention rate in the UK, second only to London.
The thriving student population contributes to the strong tenant demand, as young professionals are eager to build careers in the city.
